CRAFTABLE'S VENDOR INTEGRATIONS

Craftable supports the integrations of many vendors! This allows you to save time by streamlining the procurement and supply chain processes. We integrate via EDI (electronic data interchange) and Punchout.

Please contact our Customer Care Team if you have any questions about the integration process or specific vendors.

Types of Integrations:

eInvoicing: The electronic Invoicing service allows you to upload invoice images or receive invoices via EDI feed from certain vendors, automatically creating invoices for your review.


EDI Ordering: Build your order directly within Craftable (including seeing all your items and purchase units comparatively), and have your order placed directly into your vendor’s online ordering system. Note that some vendors require certain data points (e.g. SKU and/or UOM) for orders to be placed via EDI. Note that Craftable supports ordering with ALL vendors via Email and/or Text Message, in addition to EDI ordering with select vendors.


Vendor Catalogs: Item and pricing lists from your vendors can be displayed directly in Craftable. These catalogs can automatically update via EDI or be imported manually. Linking vendor catalog items to your Craftable items ensures your team always sees the most up-to-date prices.


Punchouts: Punchout orders enable you to build orders directly on the vendor's website while simultaneously generating orders within Craftable for streamlined processing, as well as ensuring any order approval requirements are maintained.

FAQs:

Can I turn on all types of integrations that are available with my vendors?

Craftable supports activating all types of integrations indicated in the table above, but vendors typically will only allow certain combinations of integrations to be activated on their end. For example, if you have Punchout ordering with a vendor they typically will not also activate an EDI Ordering and/or EDI Vendor Catalog feed. 


How can I set up an integration with one of my vendors?

If the vendor has an existing integration with Craftable we can kick off the integration request typically with just your customer number, assuming you have eProcurement included in your subscription. (Note that some vendors do require additional pieces of information. If this is required we will request this information from you.)
