DECLINING BUDGETS

Learn how to set up Declining Budgets in Craftable!

Declining Budgets setup: 

1. Open the Analytics platform. 
2. Navigate to Forecasts > Declining budgets.
   
3. Press + New Declining Budget.
   
4. Select a future week. (see image below)
5. Select up to 5 previous weeks on which to base your forecast. (see image below)
6. Choose whether to adjust the forecast or budget upward or downward by a specified percentage. (optional + see image below)
7. Click directly on the forecast, budget, or cost % numbers to edit them. (optional + see image below)
8. Press Save.
   
   

Viewing Declining Budgets 

1. Navigate to Trackers > Declining Budgets. 
   
2. Select the week to open the report. 
   
   
   1. You can utilize the arrow at the top right to download the Declining Budget. 

Keep in mind: 

• Ops Groups are required to use Declining Budgets!
• Declining budgets are set up in the Analytics platform. They will be view-only in Craftable departments. 
• To delete a Declining Budget, please reach out to our Support Team!
