Learn how to create and manage delivery receipts in Craftable's Unified Platform!
A Delivery Receipt is a copy of an order that is NOT editable. Lines on the delivery receipt can either be not yet received, received, or canceled.
- When Delivery Receipts are turned on for your account, a Delivery Receipt will be created instead of an invoice after an order is received!
- Additionally, after an order is received and the Delivery Receipt is generated, your budget impact will come from the Delivery Receipt.
- The lines canceled on the delivery receipt will NOT impact your budget.

How to use Delivery Receipts
- Navigate to a Department.
- Navigate to Orders > Orders > Placed orders.
- Select the correct order to open and manage it.
- Press Receive Order and confirm that you want a delivery receipt generated.
- Navigate back to Orders > Delivery Receipts.
- Open the Delivery Receipt.
- Select a line.
- Receive or cancel the line item.
- Hit SAVE at the bottom after making changes!
- Once all lines are received, the delivery receipt becomes historic.
