HOW TO RE-AUTHORIZE YOUR LIGHTSPEED

Due to changes made by the POS Lightspeed, users with that Point of Sale will need to re-authorize Craftable in order for the daily POS data to continue to flow through to the system. Watch the short video above or see the steps below for how to do this.

1. Login to Craftable
2. Click the link on top of the page that says "Click here to authorize". This will open a new tab.
3. In the new tab login to Lightspeed and click the allow button, which will authorize Craftable to access their lightspeed account
4. It will then navigate to a new link where the client will just only have to select their store and get the success message.
