The Craftable Support Center allows users to quickly create, manage, and view support tickets.
Register and Login
To access the Support Center, please log in to your account. If you do not yet have an account, simply click on the "Register here" link to create one.

Creating and Managing Support Tickets
- Click Create a Support Ticket
- Fill in the required information and press submit to file the new Support Ticket
- After submission, the ticket will be displayed on the Ticket Home page, where you can easily view and manage it.
- Select the subject line of the ticket to access its details. This will allow you to respond to inquiries or attach any relevant files to your support ticket as needed.
