Craftable’s Order Guides allow you to collate a list of items across all Vendor Catalogs within your Craftable account, providing you with a helpful single spot to build your orders quickly and efficiently.
Order Guides require Vendor Catalogs. To have Vendor Catalogs activated for your Craftable Account you must have eProcurement as part of your subscription. See Vendor Catalogs for more info!
To access Order Guides navigate to Orders > Vendor Catalogs and click the Order Guides button at the top right.
From there you can see the list of all the Order Guides that have been created for your property. If you are an Owner or a Collaborator on any of the existing Order Guides you’ll be able to click the name of the guide to access and update that specific Order Guide, but you will not be able to access or update any other Order Guides.
Creating an Order Guide
Click the +New Order Guide button to create a new Order Guide. Enter a name, upload an image from your computer, and add any other team members who should also have access to order from and edit this Order Guide.
Click Save to create the new guide. If you made any mistakes just click the pencil to the right and edit any of those fields.
Managing Items on Order Guides
You can add items to an Order Guide that you are an owner or collaborator of by clicking the +New Order Guide Item button at the top right. Start by selecting the vendor and then typing an Item Name (or SKU) and select from the dropdown, then click Save.
You can remove items from the list by clicking the trash can icon at the left.
Ordering from Order Guides
To order from an Order Guide just click the plus (+) symbol at the far right, just like ordering from a Vendor Catalog!

Who can order from my Order Guide?
Only yourself (the owner) and any collaborators can see the items on your Order Guide and order them directly from that screen.
Who can edit the items on my Order Guide?
Only owners and collaborators can add or remove items from an Order Guide.
Who can edit the collaborators on my Order Guide?
Only the owner can edit the collaborators.
