      PLATE IQ / FINTECH VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

      Plate IQ / Fintech Vendor Acknowledgement 

      • With Plate IQ/Fintech integration we receive all invoices uploaded from their feed, regardless if the invoice is intended for use on Foodager, Bevager, or House.  In cases where the vendor on the invoice does not exist in Craftable, the new vendor will need to be 'mapped.' You have the option of Existing (map to an existing vendor), New (add as a new vendor), and Ignore (refuse vendor/invoice altogether).



        Something to keep in mind

        • If you select to Ignore, the platform will automatically reject all future invoices from this vendor through Plate IQ/Fintech.
