Accessing the P&L Report 

  1. From the ALL level, navigate to Reports > Reports List.
  2. Select Profit and Loss. 

P&L Report Breakdown

  • P&L Filters:  
    • Range: Week, Month, Period, or Year
    • Period
    • Show Budget: Yes or No
    • Show Comparison: VS Last Year or VS Previous 
    • Cost Calculated By: Category or GL
  • Report Sections:
    • Gross Sales
    • Discounts
    • Net Sales
    • Cost of Sales
    • Labor: can edit if no labor integration 
    • Prime Cost
    • Overhead Costs
    • Building Cost: Can enter/edit COST and % OF TOTAL GROSS
    • Profit
