Recipes with Inactive Items Report
Whenever you make an item 'Inactive' the system will notify you if that item is currently an ingredient in any recipes so that you can replace that ingredient/correct the recipe so that your depletions remain accurate.
Example:
The Recipes with Inactive Items Report is helpful in instances where you have chosen to make an item inactive but may have forgotten to adjust its associated recipes. It allows you to see all of your Recipes that contain inactive ingredients and therefore may need altering.

Viewing Recipe Reprice with Inactive Items Report
- Click Reports > Reports List from the navigation.
- Click Recipes with Inactive Items under the Recipes heading.
- Search for Recipes with Inactive Items
Something to keep in mind
- Each column in the report can be clicked on to reorganize the data.
For example, you can click on Inactive Ingredients to see in descending order which Recipes have the most inactive ingredients in them.
Column Key
Menu List: Name of Menu List
Recipe: Name of Recipe and Inactive Ingredients
Inactive Ingredients: Total number of Inactive Ingredients in Recipe
Total Ingredients: Total number of Ingredients in Recipe
