Enterprise Craftable users can configure Okta as their SSO provider as well as force SSO sign on for all Owners and Team Accounts of a Store and Director Brand.

**Please be advised**
This can only be used for already existing Team Accounts. This can not be used to create Team Accounts. New Users must be added through the Team Accounts page by either the Store Owner or a Team Account that has been granted permission to the Team Accounts page. Once a Craftable Account is created and "force SSO" is enabled, Team Accounts must use Okta SSO for authenticating into their Craftable account.
Configuration Steps
- First, find and install the Craftable application to your Okta instance.
- Gather the following information from Okta:
- In the Okta admin page, click on the Craftable application and then navigate to the Sign On tab
- Copy the values of Client ID and Client Secret (click the eye button to toggle the visibility)
- Under the General tab, find the Okta Domain (or Issuer URL), which is the URL at which you are accessing your Okta tenant (https://example.okta.com). This URL also appears in the Embed Link section. Copy this URL.
- In the Okta admin page, click on the Craftable application and then navigate to the Sign On tab
- Send the above information in an email to your Account Manager along with the Stores and Director Brands for which you would like to enable this SSO integration. If you do not have an Account Manager assigned, please email support@craftable.comfor more information on setting up SSO.
Your Account Manager will reach out when the integration has been successfully completed. In the meantime, feel free to use your Craftable account as you normally do.
How to Log in via Okta
You can log in to Craftable via the Service Provider (SP)-Initiated flow by:
1. Navigate to the https://app.craftable.com/signin-sso
2. Enter your email address
3. Click Sign in
This will redirect you to your Okta tenant where you will be prompted to log in if you are not already. Once you log in to Okta, you will be redirected back to Craftable and successfully logged in.
Your Account Manager will reach out when the integration has been successfully completed. In the meantime, feel free to use your Craftable account as you normally do.
