If you have begun creating an order but have not finalized your purchase, you may need to modify the current order details.
- Navigate to Orders under the Orders section from the navigation menu.
- Select the order by clicking the line in the New Orders table
- Add any additional items you would like to place using the using the +Add Item button near the bottom left of the page.
- Once you are satisfied with your order, select Place Order button to place your order. This will send an email to the email address/es associated with this vendor, and send a text message to the mobile phone numbers you have associated with the vendor as well.
Can I Update a Placed Order?
You can still add Items to orders that are already placed. You can do this by pulling up the order from the Placed Order section of the Orders page, and using the +Add Item options at the bottom.
Keep in mind if you add items this way your vendor will not be automatically notified. If you have not already communicated this change to them you should use the Resend Order button to send the updated order to your vendor.
* Cancelling an Order will notify the vendor via email/text.
