If you're planning to be out of the office, you can set up order forwarding for order emails and text messages through Craftable.
Simply log in to your vendor portal and click Vacation Settings at the left.
You can toggle this on and then set who should get the order emails (you can add additional emails, as well!). You can also add in a new mobile number to forward order text messages. Be sure to click Save Vacation Settings at the bottom right, and have a great vacation! Once you're back, just log in and toggle Vacation Mode off.
