Activity Log is a feature that allows you to review when users make changes, update information, or log in to their Craftable account.
Setting Up Activity Log
To start recording activities, an Activity Log must be enabled from the Director store per platform. To do this navigate to your Director Configuration page (Account Profile>Director Settings>Director Configuration). Please note this is platform-specific, so you will need to turn it on for Bevager & Foodager if you have both modules.
Viewing Activity Log
Once enabled, you can view your Activity Log at each store under your Account profile. Note: This does not appear at Director.
From the Activity Log page, you will see all recorded activity from all users for the past 30 days, but you can extend this date range if needed. We only track from the date on which you enabled the Activity Log on.
The activities, users, and date range can be filtered to customize your view. Any link listed in the Details section will take you to the record in Craftable (such as the item name or depletion date).
You also can download an Excel export of your Activity log by selecting the download button on the upper right-hand corner.
Please Note: This is only available for Stores linked to a Director account and only shows Store insights.
