Craftable's P&L Report
Craftable’s P&L Report (available with Craftable 12.0) provides real-time insights into your business’s financial performance, seamlessly integrating with your POS system to track revenue, expenses, and profitability as they happen. Instead of waiting for end-of-month reports, you get up-to-date data to make informed decisions when they matter most. By comparing sales from your POS with purchases logged in Craftable, you gain a clear financial snapshot, helping you manage costs, identify trends, and improve profitability. With detailed expense tracking and instant visibility, Craftable's P&L ensures you stay in control of your bottom line.
Improved Audit Permissions & Error Messages
We've refined audit permissions to ensure a smoother experience! Permission errors will now appear immediately when clicking restricted actions.
New Feature: "View Budget" Permission
To address privacy concerns around budgets, we've added a "View Budget" permission at the All level!
It defaults to On for all users but can now be restricted as needed. If a user without permission tries to access budgets, they'll see an orange message prompting them to request access.
Feature Update: Easier Invoice Department Tracking
It's now simpler to see which departments an invoice belongs to at the All level. In the list view, hovering over "Mixed" will show the associated departments, and the invoice form header now clearly displays them as well. Plus, if you switch to a related department while viewing an invoice, it will stay on the page for a smoother workflow.

Introducing Departments in Craftable 12.0!
Bevager, Foodager, and House are now Departments under the Craftable platform!
To switch between Departments, select the Department name under your Store name to open the Department Switcher. If you manage multiple Stores, you can easily switch between them by clicking the Store name or using the arrows next to it.
This update allows Craftable to better adapt to your business needs. No functionality has changed, it is just a smoother way to navigate! Check out our clickable walkthrough to explore the update.
