Craftable is an all-in-one software for bars, restaurants, and hotels to manage ordering, receiving, inventory, menu engineering, and more.
When your customer added you as their Sales Rep, you should have received an email invitation to join the platform.
Your use of Craftable is not required. Your customers can continue to place orders through Craftable, and you will receive them via email and text message (depending on the information they entered for you).
There are a few benefits to using the Craftable platform, though, which will be covered below.
Why log in to Craftable?
- From the moment you are invited, you will see all orders placed for your organization (see here for more details)
- Note - you will not see historic orders placed before your account was created
- You are able to mark these orders as Scheduled for Delivery with an intended Delivery Date (see here for more details)
- You can also set an email forwarding address for when you're on vacation (see this article for details)
- Lastly you can upload an Order Guide/Vendor Catalog file to automatically update prices for your customers (see here for more details)

When your customer added you as a Sales Rep to Craftable, you would have received an email similar to the one in the image below.
Click the Set Password link in the email to set your password and log in for the first time.
Do I have to use Craftable?
No, when your customer places an order to you through our platform, you'll be notified using the email address and cell phone number your customer entered as your contact information. You can process that order in your typical way all without logging in to Craftable, but Craftable provides the additional functionality listed above to enhance the experience for our shared customer.
